As president and CEO of KenCrest Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services, Baldini Filtz has dedicated over 40 years to executive planning and administration in the human services sector. Her previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Jewish Employment and Vocational Services of Philadelphia, regional operations director for Northwestern Human Services, and vice president at Elwyn.
Baldini Filtz holds a Master of Science in mental health evaluation from Drexel University and a Master in Business Administration from Widener University. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Most Admired CEOs” (2019), a “Woman of Distinction” (2015), one of Main Line Today’s “Power Women” (2021), and the first-ever Paragon Award recipient from Lutheran Services of America (2022). She currently serves on the Middletown Township Parks and Recreation Committee and is treasurer at Reformation Lutheran Church.
A resident of Middletown Township for nearly 40 years, Baldini Filtz draws inspiration from her family, including her immigrant father who built a small construction business and her grandmother who emphasized the importance of community service. Her experiences have reinforced her belief that a strong community can overcome any challenge.
If elected, Baldini Filtz will work tirelessly to enhance the township’s capacity to make the best decisions for every resident, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in all operations.
