Brian Gildea

I grew up in this community and I highly value it as a place for my wife and I to raise our two children. I am eager to become involved in the community and I am certain that my expertise is suited to the position of Township Auditor. In that role I will:

·        support local government accountability

·        monitor and report on the township’s governmental operations, and

·        safeguard the assets of Middletown Township.

I am a Certified Internal Auditor, a highly valued distinction in my field. In my career, I have spent almost 15 years as a local government auditor and more recently as a corporate internal auditor and financial compliance professional. I firmly believe in transparency in all levels of government and would ensure actions taken by Middletown Township are in compliance with all governmental regulations, are fiscally responsible, and properly disclosed.
