Bibianna Dussling

Incumbent Bibiana Dussling is running for another term on Middletown Township Council. Bibiana deeply appreciates our community, and believes the Township deserves open-minded, engaged, and forward-thinking leadership to preserve its resources and enhance residents’ lives.

Bibiana grew up in Michigan. She earned a degree in Natural Resources at Cornell University on a Navy ROTC scholarship. After graduation and commission into the Navy, she spent nine years flying the Navy helicopters, eventually serving as a mission commander and instructor. As a pilot, she also had leadership roles as an Operations Officer, and Training and Aviation Safety Officer.

In addition to this leadership experience, Bibiana has a record of community involvement. She co-founded, and is a Board member of Middletown Coalition for Community Safety, which is a grassroots, non-partisan organization focused on raising awareness of the Mariner East pipeline project and its impacts on the community. She was also a Riddlewood Swim Club Board Member for five years, and helped establish a Middletown Township Library Working Group to facilitate communication between the library staff and board members, and our township’s staff and Council.

Bibiana, her husband, and their three young children have lived in Middletown Township for 15 years.
