Andrew Goldberg
for District Justice
Andrew Goldberg for District Court Judge of Upper Providence
I am thankful for your vote in 2017 electing me District Court Judge of Upper Providence Township. During my tenure, I have presided with fairness and compassion over hundreds of complex criminal and civil cases. I take seriously the enormous responsibility of my judicial position, knowing decisions can have a significant impact on the lives of those who appear before my court.
In June 2022, I was selected as the sole District Court Judge for a countywide Special Victims Court, appointed by the President Judge of our County Court of Common Pleas, Judge Kevin Kelly. Now I better serve our greater community, with special emphasis on victims who are 16 or younger, and defendants who have typically been arrested for rape, indecent assault, and such.
I am honored to serve on the frontline of Pennsylvania’s judicial system, knowing my court may be the first and only one that residents encounter in their daily lives. I look forward to continuing the important work of providing local access to swift and efficient justice in what can also be called The People’s Court. I ask once again for your vote this November 7.
